Down on the farm.....

Saturday was a day full of errands, but on the way down 30, we stopped at Spring Meadows to see the animals. Christian was so excited to see all the animals, especially the Goats! He started off on Daddy's shoulders, but as soon as he saw that he could touch the animals, he squeezed Chris' head and said "Get down!"

He visited all the animals twice!  I brought the tractors to his attention; so we washed his hands, and let him run down the hill to the tractor area. He jumped on the blue one first, then tried out the green one. He decided he liked the blue tractor better, so Daddy took the green one.

While they were riding the tractors, I was wandering around and found the lasso. I started playing with the lasso, but of course, both of them hopped off the tractors and came running over, so my wrangling days were very short lived. Daddy lasso'd us both, and hogtied Christian. They wondered off into the woods, and Chris let Christian run through a random tunnel, which he loved.
We gathered him up, and headed down the road. After all of our errands, we took Christian to the park in Glyndon, on Railroad Ave. It was a cute little park. It had swings, animal spring rides, and a choo choo train. It was surrounded by butterfly bushes which were beautiful, and I got some really pretty shots of the butterflies. After being eating alive by mosquitoes, we were finally on our way back home. I had a party to go to later that evening, and the boys finished the evening up by making snowballs :)
